As our business continues to grow and demand for appointments increases, we’ve introduced a small appointment fee. This helps us manage our schedule and reduce the impact of last-minute cancellations and no-shows. The fee secures a 30 minute one-to-one fitting with a dedicated member of our team.

If you choose to rent with us, the appointment fee will be deducted from the cost of your hire. If you don’t rent on the day, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will receive a £10 refund. If you cancel within 48 hours, the fee is non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment, subject to availability.

Each appointment is private and reserved for one guest trying on. To ensure every client enjoys a seamless experience, please arrive on time, as appointments run back-to-back. If booking as part of a group, each person must reserve their own consecutive time slot so we can accommodate everyone comfortably.

We are open Wednesday to Saturday, with late-night appointments available on Thursday and Friday. Sunday appointments are available bi-weekly — please check our booking calendar or Instagram for upcoming availability.

We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays to manage returns, professional cleaning, and prepare online orders and collections, ensuring all garments are perfectly presented for the week ahead.
