We ensure meticulous packaging for your item, but certain fabrics may crease more easily. Should your garment arrive with creases, simply hang it in a steamy bathroom to naturally smooth them out. Avoid ironing or steaming the item, please.

If the condition of your rental doesn't meet your satisfaction, it's crucial to notify a member of our team within 24 hours of delivery.

It's advised to inspect your rental on the day of delivery. If any issues arise, promptly take a photo as your phone will automatically timestamp it. Please reach out to us immediately, and we'll notify you accordingly.

If the product proves unusable, refrain from removing the security tag and return it to Wear Once Loved the following business day to qualify for a rental credit.

It's your responsibility to ensure that the size you select matches your true measurements. Being honest about your size, take your own body measurements to determine the most suitable size for you.

Keep in mind that sizing may vary across brands and designers, so it's advisable to consult the designer's size guidelines on their website. The product listing also provides insight into how the item fits.

Should the product not fit and remain unwearable, you'll qualify for a rental credit if you notify a member of our team within 24 hours of delivery, refrain from removing the security tags, and arrange for the product to be returned the following working day.

Be sure to provide proof of postage and a tracking number.

To initiate a rental cancellation, kindly respond to your order confirmation email.

Upon cancellation, a rental credit will be authorised to your account if done 7 days or more prior to the shipment date. This credit can be applied towards another product at a later time, including the shipping fee.

Please note that if you cancel your order less than 7 days before the shipping date, no rental credit will be issued.

Important: Monetary refunds are not provided for rental cancellations.

If your rental hasn't arrived by the agreed-upon start date, please contact us immediately.

You should have received a tracking number from Wear Once Loved; if not, and your rental hasn't arrived by the start date, you can assume it hasn't been dispatched and request a refund. If a tracking number has been provided but the rental hasn't arrived, inform us, and we'll assist in tracking it down.

If the rental arrives a day after the start date but you've already made alternative arrangements, you're entitled to a full refund. However, if you still intend to use the rental, please adhere to the original hire period to avoid affecting subsequent hires.

If the rental arrives late due to timely posting by Wear Once Loved and you decide to keep it, no refund will be issued. Refunds are only possible if the item is returned within 24 hours.
