• rental availability;

• competitions;

• events;

• back-in-stock items; and

• other Wear Once Loved news.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in our marketing emails.

SMS Marketing

Where you specifically opt in to SMS marketing, we may send text messages about:

• new arrivals;

• rental availability;

• promotions;

• offers;

• sales;

• events; and

• other Wear Once Loved news.

Consent to receive email marketing does not automatically constitute consent to receive SMS marketing.

Where SMS consent is required, it is collected separately.

You can opt out of marketing SMS messages using the unsubscribe method provided in our messages.

Service Messages

If you have an active order, appointment or rental, we may contact you with information necessary to administer that transaction.

This may include:

• booking confirmations;

• appointment reminders;

• collection reminders;

• dispatch information;

• delivery information;

• return reminders;

• late-return notifications;

• payment information; and

• security-deposit information.

Purely administrative service communications are not used as an opportunity to send promotional material unless we have an appropriate basis for doing so.

Klaviyo

We use Klaviyo to manage certain email and SMS communications, subscriber preferences, customer segments and related marketing activity.
