How it works

Have a browse at our collection of dresses, pick out the one you love. From here depending on your location you can rent it directly from the site or book an appointment to visit our store.

If you are renting directly from our site, secure your dress with a booking deposit of £50 and dress hire price. You may select the click and collect option which will be day 1 of your rental period or the postage option of next day delivery at a cost of £9.95. The deposit acts as security against theft and damages due to the RRP value of our dresses. Due to the demand for our dresses, if you cancel your booking your deposit is non-refundable but will be transferred towards future hire.

Rock it looking amazing at your event! The dress is yours for your chosen hire period, 4, 8 or 12 days. Be sure to send us your pictures or tag us @wearonceloved on socials.

Return your dress to our store on the last day of your rental or via the pre-paid return’s satchel to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office before 5pm on the last day of your rental. We will look after dry cleaning. Upon inspection of the returned dress we will issue a refund of the deposit providing the dress is returned in the same condition you received it.
