As our business and the demand for appointments continue to grow, we’ve decided to update our business model by introducing a small appointment fee. We’ve noticed an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, which can be unfair to both our staff and other customers.

The appointment fee will be deducted from the total cost of your dress hire. We will always do our best to reschedule appointments where possible. Please note that cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a £10 refund.
